Przepyszne danie obiadowe.
SKŁADNIKI:
ciasto drożdżowe;
25 g świeżych drożdży
50 ml ciepłego mleka
50 ml oleju
1,5 szklanki mąki pszennej
łyżeczka cukru
szczypta soli
szczypta czosnku granulowanego
dodatkowo;
3 pojedyncze piersi z kurczaka
małe opakowanie mozzarelli mini
200 g mrożonego rozdrobnionego szpinaku
2 ząbki czosnku
1 łyżka masła
zioła prowansalskie, sól, pieprz, przyprawy
1 małe jajko
W misce kruszymy drożdże, zalewamy ciepłym mlekiem dodajemy cukier i 2 łyżki mąki, dokładnie mieszamy drewnianą łyżką i zostawiamy by zaczyn ruszył. Jak ciasto nam podrośnie dodajemy olej sól i czosnek granulowany i dokładnie wyrabiamy na elastyczne ciasto. Jak jest za gęste dodajemy odrobinę mleka, jak za rzadkie podsypujemy mąkę.
Szpinak podsmażamy na maśle z drobno posiekanym czosnkiem. Jak odparuje nam nadmiar wody dodajemy część pokrojonej mozzarelli, zostawiamy by ser się lekko rozpuścił.
Z piersi robimy kieszonkę lekko ja rozbijając, nakładamy szpinak i na środku układamy mozzarellę. Delikatnie składamy nasze kieszonki.
Ciasto drożdżowe dzielimy na 3 części, wałkujemy na prostokąt na środku układamy naszą pierś. Po bokach nacinamy ciasto w paski. Pierś obsypujemy przyprawami. Zakładamy nasze paski na piersi tworząc tzw. mumię. Wierzch naszego pakunku smarujemy rozkłóconym jajkiem.Wstawiamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 170 stopni i pieczemy niecałą godzinę. Podajemy z ulubioną sałatą.
Zamiast ciasta drożdżowego możemy użyć gotowe ciasto francuskie.
